  They allow for major item pick up if you call and schedule. They will not pick up overfilled plastic containers which are huge. I had TVs that were left... No pick up. I called and we're picked up on bulk recycling day. After hurricane they picked up complete tree that I cut up and put at curb. No pick up of trash bags all over and outside containers unless u call and explain. Driver I think not allowed outside truck unless container itself falls out or too heavy to lift... They he tries again... Seen it done. Driver and trash have cameras...

  Terrible service—inconsiderate driver! Driver passed waste container because it was not in front of a residence (seriously). Waste container was not overstuffed (lid was completely closed) and was properly placed at roadside. Called office and was informed to schedule a waste pick-up—certainly not a Green solution, on many levels! Here's an idea from an Orange County Taxpayer: Orange County Solid Waste Division – dispose of waste while Orange County truck is in subdivision; no need to bypass a waste container purposely making matters difficult!

  Update: Hurricane Erma is coming this week. They forgot to pick up my trash. After calling multiple times way ahead of the storm, I was told it would be picked up. They never came and now services are suspended. Our family has to now sit through this hurricane with rotting trash in the house. Previous complaint: Most the time it's fine. The past two weeks the bags have fallen out when they came to pick up and they just left them in the road and now there's trash and other rotting food in the road. The trash is never more than half full so not sure what they're issue is. This is just lazy.

  I think they do a great job. You have to follow the rules or they won't pick up, but it's not like the rules are difficult. Most states do not have large item pickup for customers. You have to take big items to the landfill, or pay someone to do it and then are charged for those items. Wisconsin even cut funding for appliance recycling. So its great that we can call or go online to request that service. There are also regular days for yard waste. Most places don't have that either. New customers if you go to the website and read the rules and you shouldn't have any problems, at least that has been my experience.
