  Don't ride unless no other options. I have to ride because I have no choice. Terrible to have to ride. Always late. Even first bus of the day is late. I used to catch 06 1st route of morning and it'd be 15 mins late and driver was rude and didn't care. Now I catch 436s @543am. Same thing, 10 mins late every morning. Caught 11 gone from station in afternoon. Drivers talk in lot and don't care if late. No repercussions from higher ups. Need like 100 complaints before looking into it, but won't do anything. Avoid at all costs. Drivers know they're late, arrive 10 mins after they were supposed to leave and will still get off bus, smoke, laugh and talk. Not just one time thing, only thing consistent is the bad service.

  Bus system does not follow it's own schedule. I understand buses run late from time to time, but when you're waiting 30+ minutes for a bus and you're on a vacation schedule it makes you rethink the bus pass you bought. Lyft or Uber are better and more reliable alternatives to the bus system in Orlando.

  WALKING will get you there just as fast, if not FASTER. This is NOT a joke. If you doubt this claim, look it up on google maps. Any address. Look up how long it takes on the bus vs WALKING. Are the people in charge of Lynx smoking crack? I think they are. A 5 year old could plan better routes. No exaggeration. Look at the other reviews. They are true. Lynx is the WORST transportation company on the globe. I'd rather take the bus in LIBERIA. If the mayor of Orlando ever reads this, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT LYNX. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT AND GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! We who cannot afford automobiles have to use this third world transit system which makes us LATE for our jobs and classes CONSISTENTLY. It is not the fault of TRAFFIC, it is the fault of the MANAGEMENT and ROUTE PLANNING. ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE IN THE RICHEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. I have taken Lynx for over 15 years out of necessity and if I could rate less than 1 star I would. Now please excuse me I must go to bed because I need to wake up early enough to walk to work because Lynx takes MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GO THREE MILES NORTH on Mills Avenue. LOL!!!!!!
