  I wasn't expecting to leave here happy, but I am! The staff were friendly from start to finish. I was handled by Arlene M. who listened to my wishes during the test drives and bended accordingly. If you plan on being there for a while for paperwork, you won't be hungry like me! Despite that, I got the tag, title and insurance all taken care of, so no trip to the DMV. Love, love, love that I came here!

  EVERYONE BEWARE. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP FROM THIS LOCATION (3350 W. COLONIAL DR. ORLANDO, FL). THIS LOCATION SOLD A CAR TO SOMEONE (NOT ME BECAUSE I DO NOT LIVE REMOTELY CLOSE TO THIS AREA) 2 MONTHS BACK AND MADE A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. THE SALESPERSON WHO SOLD THE CAR TO THEIR CUSTOMER, INPUT THE WRONG INFORMATION WHICH CAUSED MY IDENTITY TO BE COMPROMISED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE INDIVIDUAL THE CAR WAS SOLD TO IS DRIVING AROUND IN THEIR NEW CAR RACKING UP TOLL EXPENSES UNDER MY NAME AND IDENTITY. I HAVE CALLED THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES THIS WEEK AND SPOKE WITH STACY WHO TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE SHE WAS WORKING WITH A MANAGER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND WOULD TRY AND GET SOME TYPE OF APPROVAL LETTER STATING THAT THEY SCREWED UP SO I CAN PROVIDE IT TO THE CENTRAL FLORIDA EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY (E-PASS) TO CLEAR MY NAME....CRICKETS. SHE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS AND HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH ANY SOLUTION AT ALL. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE PERSON HAS MY EXACT NAME, BIRTHDATE, ETC. AND MOVED FROM PUERTO RICO NOT TO LONG AGO. HMMMMMM...SOUNDS WAY TO FISHY TO HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME INFO I HAVE AND JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE DRIVING AROUND WITH A VEHICLE REGISTERED TO MY NAME. NORMALLY TEMPORARY TAGS CLEAR UP IN 30 DAYS. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND NOTHING IS CLEAR ACCORDING TO THE RECENT MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT I OBTAINED FROM A LOCAL TAG AGENCY IN MY AREA. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF WAITING. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PATIENT AND HAVE GIVEN THEM ENOUGH TIME TO RESPOND AND FOLLOW UP TO THIS ISSUE THAT IS COSTING ME I'M SURE ON A DAILY BASIS. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISGUSTED WITH THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNNECESSARY STRESS THAT I HAVE INCURRED THIS PAST WEEK.

  John Green the excuse for a GM at W. Colonial, Orlando, FL, needs to have more modernize updated customer service skills training. He is abrupt disregards a customers inquiries and concerns and he has no hospitality skills. I can see why he's the general manager of the West side because he has a disposition of mannerism to be located in an area as the west side. Even before I the Agent (who was very nice and professional) and I agreed she would get a manager to assist me with my concerns about my information not being on the computer he had walked up to the desk and said good morning to her and exchanged a few words while a potential customer sitting there he wouldn't have the courtesy to say good morning; that's professional and mannerable. That in itself was a reflection of his character even before he came back to try to help me resolve my concerns which he did not. When I realized he was the same person from a few minutes ago I mentioned it in a light manner. His response was he don't interrupt his customers when they are speaking with his agents. I was baffled. He interrupted the Agent while she was speaking to me as she had been speaking just before she exchanged conversation with him. Please retrain him.
