- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought an engagement ring. Took an additional month due to manufacturing problems. When the ring finally arrived I had them hold it for me as the time and place where I was going to propose was no longer available. I picked up the ring and was informed that they didn't know where any of the paperwork was including the diamond grading or any of the information from Verragio. I have attempted multiple times to pick this up and still no luck. I have asked to have it mailed and receive no response. Without any of the information I am unable to get insurance on the ring. The purchasing experience was great but I would not visit again due to the way this was all handled. Don't seem to care about customers.By Shawn Loughary, August 28, 2017

Igor Moran was extremely helpful and certainly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Top-notch service from a guy who really cares - seek him out if you go to this location and you will not be disappointed. Big thanks for all of your help.
