- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to the mall to get a currency exchange in the middle of the day and waited 40 minutes. The person never showed up. The malls guest service person said "he was running to get money and would be back in 15 minutes". I wasted my whole lunch waiting on the currency exchange person and finally left because I ran out of time.By A Google User, January 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to order Peruvian Sol on a Friday and the lady name Nadia said that I should be able to receive it by Wednesday and that someone would give me a call. I went on Wednesday night and found out that not only did they not called once, but they even ordered late. I spoke with the manager and he didn't even seem one least apologetic at all. They were completely unprofessional and I had the worst experience with them out of all the currency exchange places that I've been to. I wasted my time going back and forth.
