- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was next on the list to be seen by a personal banker and my name was scratched out. When I told the lady who had went to greet her little friends that I was before them she still proceeded to help them and gave me the excuse that they speak Spanish as if that made what she did somehow acceptable. I did tell the manager, did not make a scene and although staff was apologetic they were almost excusing of what she did. I like how every one in the lobby was unmoved and even laughing and bickering. You cannot conduct yourselves this way and act like you want equality and treatment. You are not superior to anyone and are in for a rude awakening here in white America.By Marie, September 15, 2017
