- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One needs $19.95 just to use the computer for internet. No assistance from 3 people that had nothing to do. No customer service. Printer is super slow. Nobody answers the phone. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I wish there was a way to have a new set of Google reviews, because the overall low rating score includes the former owners. Nice people but had poorly run operations and store quality. I have a mailbox at this UPS Store and have had for several years, so I have been with the old ownership and new ownership. I've been reading through some reviews and agree with people who discuss the difference between the old and new. The difference is night and day. The store is spotless and they follow UPS policies/procedures. This upsets some people, but that's just the way it is. Reviewers speaking about recent poor service need to know that this UPS Store (and others owned by the same family) was directly impacted by the Orlando Pulse tragedy. Having lost a very special coworker understandably has devastated them. People from other stores have done their best to fill in while those who worked closest with Peter have attempted to heal. This has led to confusion at times as workers not familiar with the store do their best to navigate. Also, I have come to know Greg (Manager). If there are service issues, ask to speak with him quietly aside. If he is not there, get his hours and call him. Greg and his family do their best to run a professional business, not a flimsy store. Problems (one time or many) with staff/service cannot be addressed if he is not aware of them. Will there be bad days? Of course. Will service be stellar every time? Of course not.
