  My credit card information was stolen on 1/22/14 and I went to the bank personally on 1/24/14 and filled out paperwork (so I thought) but the man who hardly spoke english was more interested in getting me into a $200 LOAN!! I did NOT want a loan! I wanted my money back! 3 weeks later I called the 1-800 number and was told my case was closed because I did not turn in the proper paperwork so I went back and this time met with a woman who had me re-do the same paperwork and told me to give them 7 days, well its been 2 weeks and I call the 1-800 number again today 3/10/14 and they said nothing was submitted!! My gosh other banks call YOU DIRECTLY when they believe someone is illegally using your credit card info! And they knew because they stopped my credit card on 1/24/14 because I could not pay for my lunch so that's how I knew to check my online activity and saw the transactions done by thief's! I had the Regions Corp. fax me the paperwork directly so I CAN FILL IT OUT and send it directly myself! So do yourself a favor and do not go to this Regions... no help at all! And that Spanish guy needs to go elsewhere.

  My first experience in the Rio Pinar Branch was great. I went to make a deposit and the staff gave me a great service; especially Jennifer Ortiz. She was so kind to me and helped me with a few questions. Excellent service.
