  Worst attorney ever. He takes advantage of small businesses, do not every go to this attorney. He is an example why many individuals does not like lawyers and at times they are just scamming / threatening us. He will represent you without an agreement or a contract and will charge you his super high hourly rate at $400 / hour and then tell you later that he is actually being kind because that amount is already discounted. He will drop big name clients but yet he is a solo practitioner to which he does his own collections -- literally he will come to your office to ask for payment. Oh and charge you for the time, he went to your office and chit chatted with you even though it has nothing to do with your case and you never asked him to come. He represented us and never did anything on our case, we never received a single penny. The worst part is that his LAWYER FEES EXCEEDED the actual amount we are trying to collect. Then he threatened to take us to court if we don't pay the last week of his work even though we already paid him over $10k of fees. However he didn't care and still charged us over and over again, sending us a bill week after week. He never collected on our behalf and just ran the bill by filling papers, sending emails, talking on the phone . He gave us a break down of his hours but when we asked for the paperwork , he would never show us anything. We asked for copies of the emails he sent and he refused. If you are thinking of hiring him, I suggest you don't. If you want a better representation, let me know and I will suggest others who can help.

  I work in Daytona Beach, Florida working for two companies, both within the automotive chemical treatment markets (fuels and oils) doing business with several hundred customers, half of them international. Since 2005, whenever we have encountered threats of being sued or having to take action on our own, we have gone to Pringle Law for representation, for just one reason- we intend to win in court. Our group consists of chemical engineers, a PHD chemist who was head of R&D for two major US oil companies and two CPA partners. We would not still be in business today, if we had not made the correct decision, choosing William Pringle to represent us. The first suit, would have bankrupted our company if we had lost, it was a dispute over several million dollars, highly complicated and vigorously disputed by a Jacksonville FL law firm. It took just this one experience to build trust and confidence for our group, as we relied on Bill Pringle to prevent a devastating action where our very survival was on the line. Later, Bill Pringle quickly defended and won a challenge from a group in Atlanta who was seeking undeserved compensation; through Bill Pringle's efforts, the opposing party surrendered and a potential nightmare came to a quick end. The third major conflict was about six years ago, Bill Pringle defeated the opposing party out of Texas, who dropped their challenges for compensation in the low 6 figures, this was not a large amount of money but took close to a year to resolve. With Pringle Law firm defending us, we were able to prevent an unjust award or settlement that could have easily resulted with less skilled representation. Working with Pringle Law, our group has been treated fairly and the outcomes have proven favorable, I highly recommend anyone considering legal services from the Central Florida area to choose Pringle Law for serious legal representation when the outcome could be life changing. One thing I would not recommend, being on the other end of a legal dispute led by Pringle Law, his high percentage of successful defenses, settlements and awards is not a coincidence or accident. Bill Pringle is the aggressive fighter you want representing you when the outcome matters.
