- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'll agree, it did take me 6 times calling until I actually got an employee. However, he was very well informed and a pleasure to talk to. I showed up 15 minutes early and the woman helped me out immediately. She walked me threw it step by step. She was very courteous and respectful. Everything was explained correctly and in detail. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They require scheduling appointments for passports. Called everyday for 4 days and never received an answer. Arrived on a Friday and stood in the passport line. Was asked if I had an appointment. When I replied no, the representative started walking away. I had to let her know that I've been calling for four days and never received an answer. She was able to schedule an appointment one month out. Save yourself some time and you'll receive much better customer service at the Orange county clerk of courts.By Lizette Fuentes, January 02, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This passport service center / post office is top notch. Supervisor Sharon McCollum went out of her way to help a family member get a last minute appointment after loosing her passport. I cannot thank her enough for her customer service. Also, this post office is one of the only post offices in Orlando that actually answers their phone when you call. It's the simple little things that make this post office the best around and I have to give props to the management team here and the staff for a job well done.
