  I had an outstanding balance for an apartment back in Florida that I couldn't pay because I lost my job, but after speaking with Ralph, he worked with me to create a payment plan that I could meet every month to get my outstanding balance taken off of my credit report. I was so nervous to speak with anyone because of all the negative reviews. I will admit the receptionist or whoever first transferred my call sounded like she hated her job and was miserable, but I can understand it has to be because people cause them a lot of havoc by saying they don't owe anything. I knew I owed money and I am glad I could resolve this issue. Thank you!

  Showed up on a soft credit check when applying for a new apartment. Old apartment failed to notify me of a debt, or even ask for a forwarding address. Didn't know about this until I was declined on an application. Called to discuss it and was told that someone would call me back. Later on, I received a phone call from an extremely rude man stating that there was no settling the debt, and that the full amount was due. I was talked down to the whole time and hung up on after talking with him. I called back the following week to take care of the payment and now have been waiting for a verification form to forward onto the rental agency. Every time I call back I'm told that they'll send it, however I still have yet to see anything. They do not care now that they've received my money, and will continue to yank me around until I stop calling.

  To all who may of come in contact w so called Robert Weaver. Just so you know that is the President of SMS and his name is Stephen Lohanan. I made an attempt to meet this so called Weaver in person at .......And his,......And got turned away. Upset and depressed about this debt on my credit report is avoiding my closing on my home. I'm trying to pay it and remove the item off my credit report from these awholes and they want payment but nothing in return. I prefer to speak to people in person and I as a Christian am at peace for what I attempted this past Labor but know that I need to know who I'm dealing with before I attempt personal contact. I did nothing illegal and just tried to plead my case and hopefully a reasonable person would understand but that's not the President OF SMS. SHAME on YOU SMS ruining people's lives and making so called demanding outbursts trying to scare us to pay.
