- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi. This utility is a joke... 45 minutes on hold on 8-14, hung up on 3 times on 8-15. Finally get through and know one could tell me why my bill went up 40% in 60 days... they tried the old well it hot and the sprinklers are on more....... WRONG.... don't use sprinklers, not even for 2 minutes. Same 3 people live in th house and nothing has changed. For 10 months I used less than 8k gal. Then for june and July i use 12 k gal. Asked them to send out a tech to do a pressure test and they told me to hire a plumber to do it. Then. Asked speak to a supervisor and I was told one would call me back in the next 48 hours. Unbelievable coustom service from state run utility. They should be ashamed of themselves. I in courage anyone with similar stories to print them and send them to any other news or government agencies that might help.By Kid Kid Johnson, January 12, 2017
