- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Walked in at 945, got in line on the system, 5 hour wait, no problem. Came back at 230, now it's a 3 hr 45 minute wait... that's ridiculous!!! When I inquired, "yes you're in the system but some people just got back from lunch so it may move faster now. You're just going to have to wait another couple of hours" No I really can't!! 8-10 hours to get a driver's license is ridiculous!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience of my life. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Been driving for 18 years. Never waited for more than an hour at a license renewal visit. I waited from 8:30am-4:30pm in their "virtual line"... yes, you ready that right... 8 hour wait! Wasn't just me... hundreds of people had the same experience there. Their wait times would fluctuate from 189 estimated wait to 200 then go down to 100 to go back up to 500 and the employees said those fluctuations are normal so beware... until they fix this you will not have an eta that is accurate.
