  This place specializes in wasting customers' time. Make sure you get there early so you can sit and wait for the entire department to complete a meeting. Why did you even open at 8 if no one is going to see a customer till the meeting is over? Tax dollars being wasted as you wait. People getting paid to sit here and not help anyone. SO looking forward to doing a project here.

  It can be frustrating to staff dealing with so many people every day and I've seen very rude customers coming in. Yes it can take time and it can be frustrating, but not once have I gone there and not be received with a smile by the receptionist and staff members walking by usually look at you and say hi with a smile. I must also say Emmitt Taylor and Carolyn McFadden were extremely helpful in helping me in the last year or so resolve issues with a lot of expired permits the property had. I can't thank them enough for helping with this. Bruce as well was very helpful and Crystal from records search was amazing getting the records I needed promptly. Thank you all for your help.

  This is not a business that makes money by servicing customers. I know, I worked here years ago. I liked to see how many people I could help out. It's frustrating to be on the other side now.
