- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE experience overall. They do not go by there mission of "people helping people" The person in the collections department Rick talks down to you, belittles you, talks over you, condescending, laughs at you. My car was stolen and they have made this process extremely difficult for me.
