- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yhis is the worst bank I have ever worked with. My company have 11 acct with them and they provide the worst service by far compare to other banking institutions. They are slow. The employeee are rude. I go through the commerial drive thru lane and they made me park on the side of the road. They claimed this way they help the next person even when I am the only one here. Common sense, if you not done with my tranaction how can you help someone else. One time I listen to what they said by parking on the side ( in the parking lane that belong to the bank) and I got a flat tire due to a nail. My car was still in the parking lot and theu refused to be responsible nor offer any help. This is how they treat a someone that have 11 business acct with them!!!!!!!!By Tommy T, June 29, 2017

I came here after the Kissimmee branch on Poiniciana Blvd refused to re-finance my car loan which was also with them. claimed they cannot offer a lower rate that the one i have right now and they have auditors and they do not want to do something to upset this auditors.
