- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am sitting in this bank while I write this review. There are currently no other customers being taken care of that I can see, just employees talking amongst eachother. And yet I'm still waiting to be seen. When I walked in I was not greeted, I waited until 5 employees in one office finished their chit chat first. Isn't the whole point of a greeter to.... greet their guests?? There is a man watching me type this. Not working. Just looking around. My entire lunch break is being wasted because of this. Not to mention I'm here because they don't WANT to refund me an overdraft fee, even though it isn't my fault that I was over drafted and proved it. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! UPDATE IT'S BEEN ALMOST 20 MINUTES AND STILL NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT.By Patricia Iraurgui, January 27, 2017
