- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a joke!! I make an appointment for 3pm because I had to go to work! They sit me there to wait until 3:30 for an small account change! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately this location never seems to have enough help. I feel like they are pushing you to use the ATM to make deposits. I recently lost my Bank of America cash rewards card and the teller at the bank refused to give me the phone number to call to report the card missing, and definitely would not call on my behalf. When I spoke to a manager over the phone at card services (I ended up having to get the number from my husband, who was at work), he stated that it is a Bank of America card and that someone at the bank should have at least given me the number. I have had issues with this location for years that I don't seem to run into over at Curry Ford, Goldenrod, Colonial Drive or Orange/Michigan so although this is the closest BOA to me I will not be using this particular location any longer.By N S, December 18, 2016
